Next Gears of War update adds achievements
Gamers who think they've done everything in Epic Games' sci-fi third-person shooter Gears of War will soon learn better. Epic Games' Mark Rein posted a note about the game's next update on the company's official forums yesterday, mentioning that it will add new achievements to Annex and the Hidden Fronts downloadable content. In addition, the update will fix exploits and improve the "roadie run," the head-down dash players can use to quickly get behind cover. Rein did not give a time frame as to when the update would be released.

More achievements is always a good thing, but I don't play ranked on Gears. I know Ladyhawk and CrossFan play Ranked so this will make them happy. The roadie run fix should be a welcome addition, lord knows I'm sick of getting exploding chainsaw'd and getting screwed over by people doing the crab walk. Less glitches more fun.
